انسجاماً مع التوجيهات السامية وتحقيقاً لرؤية وطموحات القيادة الرشيدة لصاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي رعاه الله بتحول الحكومة من الحكومة الإلكترونية إلى الحكومة الذكية ، وبعد جلسات العصف الذهني لموظفي ريشة جاءت الفكرة التي تعد من الأفكار الرائدة والفريدة لتحقيق تلك الرؤى والطموحات وذلك حرصا منا علي المساهمة والمشاركة في منظومة الحكومة الذكية لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة .

وهي تصميم وتنفيذ وإطلاق أول تطبيق في العالم من نوعه يجمع كل التطبيقات الحكومية للدولة في تطبيق واحد ، وذلك تعزيزاً لثقافة الرقم واحد وللنهج الذي تتبعه دولة الإمارات في بحثها الدائم عن التميز والصدارة .

Coming in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister and Vice President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and constitutional monarch of Dubai to achieve his highness’s mission and vision and contribute to the transformation of an electronic government into a smart government.
And following a number of brainstorming sessions with Reesha’s team, we came up with a unique, creative concept that will allow us to achieve these hopes and aspirations - all part of our commitment to collaborate and contribute to the UAEs smart government framework.


We plan to design and execute the first application of its kind that combines all governmental applications under one, integrated app, thereby reiterating the "no.1" cultural understanding and the UAEs constant quest to be at the forefront as an innovative leader.

We hope that all governmental institutions, ministries and foundations lend us their support for us to bring this application to all residents and expatriates living in the UAE.
